Od točaka programa ističemo diskusiju o krizi i fašizmu u Grčkoj (petak u 15h), diskusiju o parlamentarizmu i ljevici na Balkanu (subota u 11h), sastanak međunarodnog balkanskog skupa o nacionalizmu (subota u 16h), glavnu diskusiju o anarhizmu i društvenim pokretima (subota u 18h), te nedjeljnu diskusiju o radikalnom sindikalizmu (u 15h). ''Dok se narod buni protiv kapitalističkog sistema, mjera štednje i političkih elita, odvijaju se brojni eksperimenti s direktnom demokracijom odozdo i nehijerarhijskim organiziranjem na radnim mjestima, školama i fakultetima, i u svakodnevnom životu – ili, ako ništa više, o takvim načinima organiziranja počinje se razmišljati. Također, naša svakodnevna iskustva potvrđuju da su takvi pokreti uvijek ranjivi i podložni kriminalizaciji i pokušajima centralizacije i uzurpacije novog političkog terena od strane postojećih i novonastajućih elita. U ovakvim trenucima postaje još važnije da anarhistički pokret analizira dinamičnu društvenu i političku situaciju u realnom vremenu i onda, u skladu s tim, reagira kroz direktne akcije.
Prema tome, želimo pozvati sve da nam se priključe u zajedničkom procesu građenja političkog prostora za razmatranje novog terena borbe koji nam kapitalizam nameće, i načina kako da zauzmemo položaj i uzvratimo udarac. Dok nas kapital gura na margine društva i lišava kontrole nad vlastitim životima, narod stvara nove oblike uzajamne pomoći, solidarnosti, i političkog i društvenog organiziranja. Pitanja koja se nalaze pred anarhistima/kinjama su jasna: kako možemo organizirati otpor odozdo? Kako možemo surađivati sa širim društvenim pokretima, tako da izgradimo odnose koji će biti protiv i izvan kapitalističke eksploatacije? I kako možemo razviti konkretne, održive alternative koje se mogu oduprijeti kapitalističkom uništavanju i otvoriti put za revolucionarni preobražaj naših svakodnevnih života?
Ova i mnoga druga pitanja bit će postavljena u okviru naše glavne diskusije o anarhizmu i njegovoj ulozi u širim društvenim pokretima. Također smo sretni što možemo najaviti de će se tijekom BASK-a održati Balkanski sastanak o nacionalizmu, na kojem ćemo razmotriti situaciju na terenu i obrazovati transnacionalne saveze za aktualnu i buduće borbe.
BASK će biti samoorganizirana zajednica koja će kolektivno odlučivati o svim pitanjima kroz svakodnevne skupštine sudionika. Želimo da ovaj skup proširi opseg političke imaginacije koja će ostvariti nove saveze, stoga ćemo osigurati prostor koji će ljudima omogućiti da se samoorganiziraju na licu mjesta. Ne bježimo od pitanja koja se postavljaju unutar pokreta. Zato ćemo omogućiti siguran prostor u kojem će se drugovi i drugarice, ako bude bilo potrebe, moći izraziti i zajedno izaći na kraj s bilo kojim problemom koji može nastati tijekom događaja. BASK nije spektakl za potrošače; njegov uspjeh ovisi jedino o našoj zajedničkoj energiji i trudu. Prema tome, svi volonteri/ke koji/e žele pomoći u organizaciji događaja više su nego dobrodošli/e.
